Part 1 of my interview with Dr. Joan Rosenberg was on February 12th of this year and I ran out of time to ask her all the questions I had on how you can build confidence, resiliency and authenticity into your life in just 90 seconds. Having experienced her work personally I wanted to deep dive into her latest work powerfully encapsulated in her new book, 90 Seconds to a Life You Love: How to Master Your Difficult Feelings for Lasting Confidence, Resilience, and Authenticity.
On part two we go deeper into building confidence and resilience and I let Joan use my life as a jumping off point for how the work helps.
