It's All About the Questions

Jul 20, 2015

Do you treat everyone the same? Have you ever said, I’m the boss? I know personally that I have not always been a good leader or even a good manager and I embarked on a journey many, many, many years ago to understand what makes a good leader and what makes a bad leader and how one can become an effective or more effective leader.

Along the path of my journey I have met some amazing people who have unique ideas about leadership. Some good. Some not so good. From each, I have learned. I consider myself very privileged to be able to share some of the really good ones with you on this show, It’s All About the Questions.

My guest on this episode is going to answer some questions around, Why is leadership critical? What are the three warning signs you are not a good leader? How does poor leadership play out in a workplace? And many more. She is also going to pose a few questions you need to be thinking about to become deliberate in your journey to becoming a more effective leader.
