Live radio is always fun and can be filled with surprises. I was surprised this week when my original guest was given the wrong date, by me and he thought he was on on Nov. 5 instead of Nov.1! While I was waiting to discover this and because I was live on the radio I had to go with it and do a show.
What happened over the next hour of the show was pretty amazing to me. I got to have a candid talk with my show producer who, in his other life, is a touring musician, entrepreneur, radio personality and in his former life worked at Disney and had over 117 employees who reported to him.
Lots of great questions on this show to shake things up and a frank discussion of letting employees go, what it means to create a product completely Made In America and how integrity and character factor into business.
